  • 3 g vanilla extract
  • 30 g sugar
  • 20 g butter
  • 90 g Wheat flour, type 500
  • 60 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 60 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 30 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 240 g chicken egg whites

Method of cooking:
