Ingredients:
- 4 g baking powder
- 3 g vanilla extract
- 30 g sugar
- 20 g butter
- 90 g Wheat flour, type 500
- 60 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 60 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 30 g Oil, rapeseed
- 240 g chicken egg whites
Method of cooking:
- Install the whisk in the bowl. Add 3 separated egg yolks at room temperature to the clean and dry bowl; keep the whites and set them aside.
