Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 100 g sugar, brown
- 15 g smoked paprika
- 30 g hot sriracha sauce
- 100 g whisky
- 400 g Ketchup
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 15 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 100 g orange juice 100%
- 50 g tomato paste 30%, canned
- 80 g apple cider vinegar
Method of cooking:
- Add 100 grams of onion peeled and cut into smaller pieces and 3 peeled garlic cloves to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the ingredients to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula.
