  • 2 g ground black pepper
  • 20 g hot chili pepper
  • 4 g hot paprika powder
  • 4 g sweet paprika
  • 100 g dried tomatoes
  • 30 g pickled dried tomatoes
  • 500 g milled pork meat
  • 250 g vegetable stock - CVR
  • 130 g Onion, raw
  • 6 g sugar
  • 24 g garlic
  • 12 g salt
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 300 g Pepper, red
  • 100 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 400 g tmato
  • 50 g wheat rolls “Kajzerki”
  • 30 g mustard
  • 60 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 50 g parsley leaves
  • 40 g potato starch

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup and weigh 100 grams of sun-dried tomatoes cut into smaller pieces and set aside.
