- 2 g ground black pepper
- 20 g hot chili pepper
- 4 g hot paprika powder
- 4 g sweet paprika
- 100 g dried tomatoes
- 30 g pickled dried tomatoes
- 500 g milled pork meat
- 250 g vegetable stock - CVR
- 130 g Onion, raw
- 6 g sugar
- 24 g garlic
- 12 g salt
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 300 g Pepper, red
- 100 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 400 g tmato
- 50 g wheat rolls “Kajzerki”
- 30 g mustard
- 60 g Oil, rapeseed
- 50 g parsley leaves
- 40 g potato starch
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup and weigh 100 grams of sun-dried tomatoes cut into smaller pieces and set aside.
