Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 10 g spirit vinegar 10 %
- 1 g sugar
- 3 g salt
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 10 g mustard
- 300 g Oil, rapeseed
Method of cooking:
- Place a large glass on the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 300 grams of oil. Set the glass aside. Insert the whisk in the bowl.
