Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 10 g spirit vinegar 10 %
- 1 g sugar
- 3 g salt
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 100 g Yoghurt, 2% fat
- 10 g mustard
- 300 g Oil, rapeseed
Method of cooking:
- On the lid of the mixing bowl without a measuring cup, place a large glass, reset the scale and weigh 300 grams of oil. Set the glass aside.
