Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 10 g spirit vinegar 10 %
  • 1 g sugar
  • 3 g salt
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 100 g Yoghurt, 2% fat
  • 10 g mustard
  • 300 g Oil, rapeseed

Method of cooking:

  1. On the lid of the mixing bowl without a measuring cup, place a large glass, reset the scale and weigh 300 grams of oil. Set the glass aside.
