Ingredients:
- 500 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 40 g soy sauce
- 35 g ginger root
- 3 g hot sriracha sauce
- 500 g grey shrimp
- 20 g rice vinegar
- 3 g sugar
- 15 g garlic
- 3 g salt
- 16 g Oil, sesame
- 5 g Sesame seeds
- 10 g potato starch
- 150 g rice paper
Method of cooking:
- Add 35 grams of unpeeled ginger, washed and cut into smaller pieces, to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with the spatula.
