Ingredients:

  • 500 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 40 g soy sauce
  • 35 g ginger root
  • 3 g hot sriracha sauce
  • 500 g grey shrimp
  • 20 g rice vinegar
  • 3 g sugar
  • 15 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 16 g Oil, sesame
  • 5 g Sesame seeds
  • 10 g potato starch
  • 150 g rice paper

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 35 grams of unpeeled ginger, washed and cut into smaller pieces, to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with the spatula.
