Ingredients:

  • 1 g white pepper
  • 20 g hot chili pepper
  • 70 g shallots
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g pasta
  • 200 g Cottage cheese
  • 12 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 100 g tmato
  • 150 g spinach
  • 50 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 70 g Oil, olive

Method of cooking:

  1. To the bowl, add 3 peeled garlic cloves, 1 chili pepper that has been washed, deseeded, and cut into smaller pieces, and 70 grams of peeled shallot cut into smaller pieces. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Add 70 grams of olive oil. Fry for 3 minutes at 100°C at a speed of 4 rotations.
