Ingredients:
- 1 g white pepper
- 20 g hot chili pepper
- 70 g shallots
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g pasta
- 200 g Cottage cheese
- 12 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 100 g tmato
- 150 g spinach
- 50 g Cheese, Parmezan
- 70 g Oil, olive
Method of cooking:
- To the bowl, add 3 peeled garlic cloves, 1 chili pepper that has been washed, deseeded, and cut into smaller pieces, and 70 grams of peeled shallot cut into smaller pieces. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Add 70 grams of olive oil. Fry for 3 minutes at 100°C at a speed of 4 rotations.
