Ingredients:

  • 6 g sugar
  • 3 g salt
  • 180 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 80 g Wheat flour, type 500
  • 200 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 20 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 80 g Buckwheat flour
  • 50 g clarified butter

Method of cooking:

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks of 3 eggs at room temperature and set aside.
