Ingredients:
- 950 g water
- 1 g white pepper
- 20 g hot chili pepper
- 15 g coriander leaves
- 40 g soy sauce
- 10 g ginger root
- 50 g onion spring
- 500 g milled pork meat
- 8 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 350 g Wheat flour, type 500
- 100 g leek
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl and weigh 350 grams of wheat flour. Add 150 grams of water to the mixing bowl. Heat the water for 2 minutes to 80°C.
