Ingredients:

  • 950 g water
  • 1 g white pepper
  • 20 g hot chili pepper
  • 15 g coriander leaves
  • 40 g soy sauce
  • 10 g ginger root
  • 50 g onion spring
  • 500 g milled pork meat
  • 8 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 350 g Wheat flour, type 500
  • 100 g leek

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl and weigh 350 grams of wheat flour. Add 150 grams of water to the mixing bowl. Heat the water for 2 minutes to 80°C.
