Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g sweet paprika
- 1 g chili flakes
- 2 g salt
- 10 g chives
- 15 g butter
- 180 g chicken eggs, whole
- 60 g Wheat toasted bread
- 50 g Cheese, Parmezan
- 50 g Cheese, Gouda, fat
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, weigh 50 grams of grated Gouda cheese or another yellow cheese, e.g., cheddar, in it and set aside.
