  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g sweet paprika
  • 1 g chili flakes
  • 2 g salt
  • 10 g chives
  • 15 g butter
  • 180 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 60 g Wheat toasted bread
  • 50 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 50 g Cheese, Gouda, fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, weigh 50 grams of grated Gouda cheese or another yellow cheese, e.g., cheddar, in it and set aside.
