- 1 g allspice
- 1 g bay leaf
- 1 g oregano
- 3 g hot paprika powder
- 2 g dried thyme
- 3 g sweet paprika
- 50 g Ketchup
- 70 g Onion, raw
- 25 g garlic
- 12 g salt
- 12 g mustard
- 60 g Oil, rapeseed
- 3 g pepper balls
Method of cooking:
- Add 1 teaspoon of black peppercorns, 5 allspice berries and 2 bay leaves to the bowl. Grind for 20 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations.
