Ingredients:
- 15 g chia seeds
- 100 g raspberries
- 400 g raspberries, frozen
- 60 g honey
- 300 g Chocolate, milk
Method of cooking:
- Add 400 grams of frozen raspberries to the bowl. Grind for 30 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with the spatula. Add 60 grams of honey and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds.
