Ingredients:

  • 15 g chia seeds
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 400 g raspberries, frozen
  • 60 g honey
  • 300 g Chocolate, milk

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 400 grams of frozen raspberries to the bowl. Grind for 30 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with the spatula. Add 60 grams of honey and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds.
