Ingredients:

  • 700 g water
  • 1 g white pepper
  • 100 g shallots
  • 80 g pecorino romano
  • 200 g pasta
  • 12 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 70 g Pistachio nuts, dried
  • 700 g Cauliflower
  • 80 g Oil, olive
  • 100 g Cream, 30% fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 80 grams of Pecorino Romano cheese cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 20 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Transfer the contents to a bowl using a spatula and set aside.
