- 700 g water
- 1 g white pepper
- 100 g shallots
- 80 g pecorino romano
- 200 g pasta
- 12 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 70 g Pistachio nuts, dried
- 700 g Cauliflower
- 80 g Oil, olive
- 100 g Cream, 30% fat
Method of cooking:
- Add 80 grams of Pecorino Romano cheese cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 20 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Transfer the contents to a bowl using a spatula and set aside.
