Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 12 g hot chili pepper
  • 100 g shallots
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 g sodium bicarbonate
  • 150 g chorizo sausage
  • 100 g vegetable stock - CVR
  • 8 g garlic
  • 4 g salt
  • 400 g Cod, raw
  • 100 g white dry wine
  • 200 g tmato
  • 500 g asparagus, raw
  • 60 g Oil, olive

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup and weigh 400 grams of cod loin divided into two portions, season with 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of lemon pepper, and set aside.
