Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 12 g hot chili pepper
- 100 g shallots
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 g sodium bicarbonate
- 150 g chorizo sausage
- 100 g vegetable stock - CVR
- 8 g garlic
- 4 g salt
- 400 g Cod, raw
- 100 g white dry wine
- 200 g tmato
- 500 g asparagus, raw
- 60 g Oil, olive
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup and weigh 400 grams of cod loin divided into two portions, season with 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of lemon pepper, and set aside.
