  • 8 g garlic
  • 3 g salt

  • 10 g lemon juice
  • 70 g Pistachio nuts, dried
  • 500 g asparagus, raw
  • 20 g Oil, olive

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 2 peeled garlic cloves to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Add 10 grams of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
