Ingredients:
- 1 g white pepper
- 60 g shallots
- 1 g chili flakes
- 12 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 30 g Bread crumbs
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 300 g broccoli, green, raw
- 80 g Cheese, Parmezan
Method of cooking:
- Add 80 grams of Parmesan cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations.
