Ingredients:

  • 1 g white pepper
  • 60 g shallots
  • 1 g chili flakes
  • 12 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 30 g Bread crumbs
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 300 g broccoli, green, raw
  • 80 g Cheese, Parmezan

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 80 grams of Parmesan cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations.
