Ingredients:

  • 1 g white pepper
  • 100 g shallots
  • 150 g ricotta cheese
  • 100 g dried tomatoes
  • 70 g pecorino romano
  • 200 g pasta
  • 100 g vegetable stock - CVR
  • 12 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 60 g butter
  • 100 g white dry wine
  • 150 g spinach

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup and weigh 200 grams of whole grain penne pasta into it. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. After the cooking time, drain the pasta. Do not rinse the pasta with cold water.
