  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 200 g Onion, raw
  • 6 g salt
  • 10 g chives
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 50 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 500 g Potato, boiled
  • 580 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 200 g Quark, fresh cheese, semi-fat
  • 150 g Panko breadcrumbs

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 200 grams of peeled onion cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
