Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 200 g Onion, raw
- 6 g salt
- 10 g chives
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 50 g wheat flour, type 550
- 500 g Potato, boiled
- 580 g Oil, rapeseed
- 200 g Quark, fresh cheese, semi-fat
- 150 g Panko breadcrumbs
Method of cooking:
- Add 200 grams of peeled onion cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
