Ingredients:

  • 250 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g allspice
  • 1 g bay leaf
  • 100 g shallots
  • 300 g vegetable stock - CVR
  • 5 g sugar
  • 9 g salt
  • 50 g Bread crumbs
  • 240 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 280 g Wheat flour, type 500
  • 250 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 600 g Cabbage, white
  • 90 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 15 g Dill

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 600 grams of cabbage cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 15 seconds at a speed of 8 rotations, scraping the mass with the spatula through the opening in the bowl. Transfer the contents to a bowl using the spatula and set aside.
