Ingredients:
- 250 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 50 g pecorino romano
- 200 g Onion, raw
- 9 g salt
- 15 g chives
- 180 g chicken eggs, whole
- 200 g fat curd
- 230 g Wheat flour, type 500
- 200 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
- 500 g Potato, boiled
- 250 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 110 g Oil, rapeseed
- 50 g clarified butter
Method of cooking:
- Add 200 grams of onion peeled and cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
