Ingredients:

  • 250 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 50 g pecorino romano
  • 200 g Onion, raw
  • 9 g salt
  • 15 g chives
  • 180 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 200 g fat curd
  • 230 g Wheat flour, type 500
  • 200 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
  • 500 g Potato, boiled
  • 250 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 110 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 50 g clarified butter

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 200 grams of onion peeled and cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
