Ingredients:

  • 950 g water
  • 1 g white pepper
  • 12 g hot chili pepper
  • 15 g coriander leaves
  • 50 g soy sauce
  • 15 g ginger root
  • 4 g baking powder
  • 100 g onion spring
  • 500 g milled pork meat
  • 5 g sugar
  • 12 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 20 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 120 g leek
  • 50 g Oil, sesame
  • 300 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 3 peeled garlic cloves, 120 grams of washed and dried leek cut every 3 cm, 15 grams of peeled ginger cut into smaller pieces, and 1 chili pepper washed, cut into smaller pieces, deseeded, and without cores to the mixing bowl. Add 100 grams of spring onion (white part) cut into smaller pieces. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
