Ingredients:

  • 800 g water
  • 1 g white pepper
  • 700 g Carrot
  • 6 g salt
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 180 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 80 g Cheese, Parmezan

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 800 grams of water to the bowl. Place the first floor of the steamer on the lid of the mixing bowl, reset the scale, and place 700 grams of peeled carrots cut into smaller pieces in it. Cook for 25 minutes at 140°C at a speed of 4 reverse rotations. Remove the steamer with carrots and place on the inverted lid to cool completely.
