Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 80 g shallots
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 60 g pickled dried tomatoes
  • 60 g pecorino romano
  • 150 g pasta
  • 400 g vegetable stock - CVR
  • 150 g Squash-summer, raw
  • 12 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 120 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained)
  • 10 g Oregano, fresh

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 60 grams of Pecorino Romano cheese cut into smaller pieces to the mixing bowl. Chop for 20 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations.
