Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 80 g shallots
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 60 g pickled dried tomatoes
- 60 g pecorino romano
- 150 g pasta
- 400 g vegetable stock - CVR
- 150 g Squash-summer, raw
- 12 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 120 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained)
- 10 g Oregano, fresh
Method of cooking:
- Add 60 grams of Pecorino Romano cheese cut into smaller pieces to the mixing bowl. Chop for 20 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations.
