Ingredients:

  • 150 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 100 g gruyere cheese
  • 200 g chorizo sausage
  • 1 g chili flakes
  • 8 g garlic
  • 9 g salt
  • 20 g butter
  • 200 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 150 g Potato, long stored
  • 10 g parsley leaves
  • 350 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup and weigh 350 grams of flour and 20 grams of butter cut into smaller pieces. Set the weighed ingredients aside.
