Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g sweet paprika
  • 1 g chili flakes
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 600 g Squash-summer, raw
  • 12 g garlic
  • 200 g Carrot
  • 12 g salt
  • 150 g Bread crumbs
  • 20 g chives
  • 240 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 70 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 80 g Cheese, Cheddar, full-fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 3 peeled garlic cloves, 600 grams of zucchini washed and cut into smaller pieces, 200 grams of carrots washed, peeled, and cut into smaller pieces, and 1 teaspoon of salt to the bowl. Chop for 40 seconds at a speed of 8 rotations. Transfer the contents to the basket using the spatula and wait 15 minutes for the zucchini to release water.
