Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g sweet paprika
- 1 g chili flakes
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 600 g Squash-summer, raw
- 12 g garlic
- 200 g Carrot
- 12 g salt
- 150 g Bread crumbs
- 20 g chives
- 240 g chicken eggs, whole
- 70 g Oil, rapeseed
- 80 g Cheese, Cheddar, full-fat
Method of cooking:
- Add 3 peeled garlic cloves, 600 grams of zucchini washed and cut into smaller pieces, 200 grams of carrots washed, peeled, and cut into smaller pieces, and 1 teaspoon of salt to the bowl. Chop for 40 seconds at a speed of 8 rotations. Transfer the contents to the basket using the spatula and wait 15 minutes for the zucchini to release water.
