Ingredients:
- 150 g blueberries
- 13 g vanilla sugar - CVR
- 10 g baking powder
- 100 g sugar
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 150 g Yoghurt, 2% fat
- 235 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C with the convection function. Add 2 eggs and 100 grams of sugar to the bowl, and install the whisk. Whip for 10 minutes at a speed of 5 rotations.
