Ingredients:

  • 150 g blueberries
  • 13 g vanilla sugar - CVR
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 100 g sugar
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 150 g Yoghurt, 2% fat
  • 235 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C with the convection function. Add 2 eggs and 100 grams of sugar to the bowl, and install the whisk. Whip for 10 minutes at a speed of 5 rotations.
