Ingredients:

  • 1800 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 2 g allspice
  • 1 g bay leaves
  • 150 g spirit vinegar 10 %
  • 300 g Onion, raw
  • 60 g sugar
  • 40 g salt
  • 400 g Herring, salted
  • 200 g Cream, 18% fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid. Weigh 400 grams of desalted, drained herring fillets cut into 2 cm pieces in the bowl.
