Ingredients:
- 1800 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 2 g allspice
- 1 g bay leaves
- 150 g spirit vinegar 10 %
- 300 g Onion, raw
- 60 g sugar
- 40 g salt
- 400 g Herring, salted
- 200 g Cream, 18% fat
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid. Weigh 400 grams of desalted, drained herring fillets cut into 2 cm pieces in the bowl.
