Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 4 g cumin seed
  • 6 g oregano
  • 3 g smoked paprika
  • 3 g sweet paprika
  • 110 g Onion, raw
  • 10 g garlic
  • 9 g salt
  • 50 g butter
  • 260 g aubergine, raw
  • 20 g Oil, olive
  • 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
  • 350 g Halloumi cheese
  • 6 g basil, dry
  • 240 g canned white beans

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 110 grams of peeled onion cut into smaller pieces and 2 peeled garlic cloves to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with the spatula.
