Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 4 g cumin seed
- 6 g oregano
- 3 g smoked paprika
- 3 g sweet paprika
- 110 g Onion, raw
- 10 g garlic
- 9 g salt
- 50 g butter
- 260 g aubergine, raw
- 20 g Oil, olive
- 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
- 350 g Halloumi cheese
- 6 g basil, dry
- 240 g canned white beans
Method of cooking:
- Add 110 grams of peeled onion cut into smaller pieces and 2 peeled garlic cloves to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with the spatula.
