Ingredients:
- 1500 g water
- 15 g sugar, brown
- 40 g vinegar
- 20 g dried mushrooms
- 150 g oyster mushroom
- 500 g vegetable broth
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 4 g salt
- 50 g butter
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 200 g Potato, long stored
- 30 g sunflower oil
- 200 g cream 33%
- 30 g dill oil – CVR
Method of cooking:
- Add 50g of butter into the bowl. Heat for 10 seconds at 140°C at speed 3. Add 150g of oyster mushrooms and a pinch of salt into the bowl. Sauté for 2 min at 140°C at speed 5 reverse rotation. Sauté again for 1 min at 140°C at speed 5. Move the contents of the bowl into another bowl.
