Ingredients:

  • 180 g sugar, brown
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 500 g raspberries
  • 225 g butter
  • 100 g almonds, sweet
  • 400 g Cream, 30% fat
  • 350 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:
