Ingredients:

  • 300 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 40 g broth paste - CVR
  • 150 g bulgur
  • 120 g Onion, raw
  • 12 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 50 g butter
  • 200 g leek
  • 130 g Oil, olive
  • 400 g Salmon, raw
  • 1 g Lemon pepper

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 400 grams of skinless salmon divided into three portions in it. Add 50 grams of olive oil to the bowl with salmon, season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon pepper. Mix everything thoroughly and place in the fridge.
