Ingredients:

  • 1 g white pepper
  • 1 g marjoram
  • 500 g Onion, raw
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 45 g sugar
  • 12 g salt
  • 20 g chives
  • 100 g butter
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 250 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 30 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 40 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 100 g Cheese, Gouda, fat
  • 500 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 250 grams of milk, 40 grams of sugar and 30 grams of fresh yeast to the bowl. Heat for 1 minute at 40°C at a speed of 4 reverse rotations. Leave in the closed bowl for 15 minutes.
