Ingredients:
- 1 g white pepper
- 1 g marjoram
- 500 g Onion, raw
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 45 g sugar
- 12 g salt
- 20 g chives
- 100 g butter
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 250 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 30 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 40 g Oil, rapeseed
- 100 g Cheese, Gouda, fat
- 500 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 250 grams of milk, 40 grams of sugar and 30 grams of fresh yeast to the bowl. Heat for 1 minute at 40°C at a speed of 4 reverse rotations. Leave in the closed bowl for 15 minutes.
