Ingredients:
- 1 g white pepper
- 1 g marjoram
- 500 g Onion, raw
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 45 g sugar
- 12 g salt
- 20 g chives
- 100 g butter
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 150 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
- 250 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 30 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 40 g Oil, rapeseed
- 100 g Cheese, Gouda, fat
- 500 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup and weigh 100 grams of your favorite yellow cheese, e.g., Gouda, grated on large holes of a grater. In another bowl, weigh 150 grams of smoked bacon cut into thin strips, fry briefly in a dry pan, and set aside.
