Ingredients:

  • 1 g white pepper
  • 1 g marjoram
  • 500 g Onion, raw
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 45 g sugar
  • 12 g salt
  • 20 g chives
  • 100 g butter
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 150 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
  • 250 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 30 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 40 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 100 g Cheese, Gouda, fat
  • 500 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup and weigh 100 grams of your favorite yellow cheese, e.g., Gouda, grated on large holes of a grater. In another bowl, weigh 150 grams of smoked bacon cut into thin strips, fry briefly in a dry pan, and set aside.
