Ingredients:

  • 2000 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 100 g cream 30 %
  • 5 g sugar
  • 12 g salt
  • 80 g butter
  • 20 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 650 g asparagus, raw
  • 80 g wheat grits
  • 20 g Dill

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 650 grams of peeled asparagus cut into 1 cm cubes, 2000 grams of water, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper to the bowl. Cook for 25 minutes at 95°C at a speed of 1 reverse rotation.
