Ingredients:
- 2000 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 100 g cream 30 %
- 5 g sugar
- 12 g salt
- 80 g butter
- 20 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 650 g asparagus, raw
- 80 g wheat grits
- 20 g Dill
Method of cooking:
- Add 650 grams of peeled asparagus cut into 1 cm cubes, 2000 grams of water, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper to the bowl. Cook for 25 minutes at 95°C at a speed of 1 reverse rotation.
