  • 300 g sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 40 g Pudding in powder
  • 40 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 850 g milk, 2.0% fat
  • 30 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 300 g rhubarb
  • 15 g potato starch
  • 680 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 50 grams of sugar, 50 grams of flour and 50 grams of butter to the bowl.
