Ingredients:
- 15 g vanilla sugar - CVR
- 300 g sugar
- 150 g butter
- 40 g Pudding in powder
- 40 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 850 g milk, 2.0% fat
- 30 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 300 g rhubarb
- 15 g potato starch
- 680 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 50 grams of sugar, 50 grams of flour and 50 grams of butter to the bowl.
