Ingredients:

  • 1000 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 6 g salt
  • 20 g chives
  • 100 g fat curd
  • 50 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 100 g Cheese, Gouda, fat
  • 1000 g Potato, long stored
  • 50 g Cream, 30% fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 1000 grams of water to the bowl. Place the first floor of the steamer on the lid of the mixing bowl and add 3 large, thoroughly scrubbed potatoes cut in half lengthwise. Cook for 50 minutes at 130°C at a speed of 4 rotations. Set the potatoes aside to cool.
