Ingredients:
- 1000 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 6 g salt
- 20 g chives
- 100 g Turkey, ham
- 100 g fat curd
- 50 g Oil, rapeseed
- 100 g Cheese, Gouda, fat
- 1000 g Potato, long stored
- 50 g Cream, 30% fat
Method of cooking:
- Add 1000 grams of water to the bowl. Place the first floor of the steamer on the lid of the mixing bowl and add 3 large, thoroughly scrubbed potatoes cut in half lengthwise. Cook for 50 minutes at 130°C at a speed of 4 rotations. Set the potatoes aside to cool.
