  • 3 g salt
  • 150 g butter
  • 300 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 250 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 50 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 250 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, weigh 250 grams of wheat flour, and set aside.
