  • 1 g ground black pepper

  • 2 g granulated garlic
  • 150 g Cucumber
  • 2 g salt
  • 15 g chives
  • 150 g radishes
  • 350 g Quark, fresh cheese, semi-fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 150 grams of radishes cut in half to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with the spatula.
