- 300 g cream 30 %
- 250 g mascarpone
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 50 g butter
- 70 g gelatine
- 80 g Chocolate, white
- 300 g Quark, fresh cheese, semi-fat
- 850 g Mango pulp
- 200 g natural thick yogurt
- 200 g butter cookies
Method of cooking:
