  • 270 g water
  • 300 g cream 30 %
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 70 g gelatine
  • 80 g Chocolate, white
  • 300 g Quark, fresh cheese, semi-fat
  • 850 g Mango pulp
  • 200 g natural thick yogurt
  • 200 g butter cookies

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C with the convection function.
