Ingredients:
- 200 g water
- 1 g oregano
- 130 g ham
- 40 g Onion, raw
- 5 g sugar
- 6 g salt
- 100 g Pepper, red
- 100 g Salami
- 400 g wheat flour, type 550
- 40 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 30 g Oil, rapeseed
- 130 g Cheese, Gouda, fat
- 100 g tomato paste 30%, canned
- 1 g basil, dry
Method of cooking:
- Add 400 grams of flour, 30 grams of oil, 40 grams of fresh yeast, 1 pinch of sugar, 1 pinch of salt and 200 grams of warm water to the bowl. Knead for 3 minutes.
