Ingredients:
- 600 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 30 g broth paste - CVR
- 1 g dried rosemary
- 40 g Onion, raw
- 3 g salt
- 25 g butter
- 30 g Pumpkin seeds
- 100 g Cream, 18% fat
- 400 g kohlrabi
- 20 g Dill
- 300 g Potato, long stored
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 20 grams of chopped dill. In another bowl, weigh out 30 grams of pumpkin seeds (optional). Add 400 grams of kohlrabi cut into pieces along with the kohlrabi leaves (chopped), 300 grams of peeled and diced potatoes, and 40 grams of onion cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Mix for 20 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
