  • 100 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 150 g Beetroot, boiled
  • 200 g cream, 30% fat
  • 150 g wheat flour 450
  • 150 g smoked curd cheese

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 150 grams of wheat flour, 150 grams of whole grain spelt flour, 150 grams of cold butter cut into smaller pieces and ½ teaspoon of baking powder to the bowl. Mix for 30 seconds at a speed of 8 rotations.
