Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 12 g garlic
- 12 g salt
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 100 g wheat flour, type 550
- 200 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
- 100 g Oil, rapeseed
- 900 g Potato, young
- 20 g parsley leaves
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup and weigh 200 grams of smoked bacon cut into strips, fry briefly in a dry pan, and set aside. Add the plucked leaves from 1 bunch of parsley without stems to the clean and dry bowl. Chop for 5 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Using the spatula, transfer the contents to a small bowl and set aside.
