Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 200 g swiss chard
- 12 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 25 g lemon juice
- 100 g Cheese, Parmezan
- 150 g Oil, olive
- 60 g Sunflower seeds, dried
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup and weigh 60 grams of shelled sunflower seeds, roast them on a dry pan, and set aside.
