Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 200 g swiss chard
  • 12 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 25 g lemon juice
  • 100 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 150 g Oil, olive
  • 60 g Sunflower seeds, dried

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup and weigh 60 grams of shelled sunflower seeds, roast them on a dry pan, and set aside.
