Ingredients:

  • 400 g water
  • 1 g white pepper
  • 1 g nutmeg
  • 1 g marjoram
  • 5 g fresh mint
  • 60 g Onion, raw
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 50 g Apple
  • 3 g salt
  • 100 g broccoli, green, raw
  • 150 g Brussels sprouts, raw
  • 10 g Sunflower seeds, dried
  • 40 g clarified butter

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 40 grams of clarified butter to the bowl. Melt for 2 minutes at 110°C at a speed of 4 rotations. Add 60 grams of peeled onion cut into smaller pieces. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents down to the bottom of the bowl using a spatula. Fry for 3 minutes at 105°C at a speed of 3 reverse rotations.
