Ingredients:
- 300 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g allspice
- 1 g bay leaf
- 5 g sugar
- 6 g salt
- 25 g lemon juice
- 100 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
- 70 g bacon
- 600 g Cabbage, white
- 20 g Dill
Method of cooking:
- Add 20 grams of dill cut every 3 cm to the bowl. Chop for 5 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Transfer the contents to a bowl using the spatula and set aside.
