Ingredients:

  • 300 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g allspice
  • 1 g bay leaf
  • 5 g sugar
  • 6 g salt
  • 25 g lemon juice
  • 100 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
  • 70 g bacon
  • 600 g Cabbage, white
  • 20 g Dill

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 20 grams of dill cut every 3 cm to the bowl. Chop for 5 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Transfer the contents to a bowl using the spatula and set aside.
