Ingredients:
- 2 g ground black pepper
- 50 g red onion
- 1 g oregano
- 3 g granulated garlic
- 50 g mozzarella
- 2 g baking powder
- 50 g smoked ham
- 1 g chili flakes
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 8 g salt
- 20 g chives
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 50 g Pepper, red
- 80 g wheat flour, type 550
- 100 g tomato passata
- 1 g basil, dry
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl, reset the scale, and weigh 100 grams of tomato passata, season with 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of basil, mix, and set aside. In another bowl, weigh 50 grams of coarsely grated mozzarella cheese and set aside.
