Ingredients:

  • 2 g ground black pepper
  • 50 g red onion
  • 1 g oregano
  • 3 g granulated garlic
  • 50 g mozzarella
  • 2 g baking powder
  • 50 g smoked ham
  • 1 g chili flakes
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 8 g salt
  • 20 g chives
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 50 g Pepper, red
  • 80 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 100 g tomato passata
  • 1 g basil, dry

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl, reset the scale, and weigh 100 grams of tomato passata, season with 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of basil, mix, and set aside. In another bowl, weigh 50 grams of coarsely grated mozzarella cheese and set aside.
