Ingredients:

  • 500 g water
  • 1 g white pepper
  • 60 g shallots
  • 1 g sweet paprika
  • 8 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 100 g Bread crumbs
  • 20 g chives
  • 360 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 300 g broccoli, green, raw
  • 80 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 50 g Oil, rapeseed

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 500 grams of water to the bowl. Place the basket with 4 eggs in the bowl. Place the first floor of the steamer on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and add 300 grams of broccoli divided into florets. Cook for 18 minutes at 140°C.
