Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 90 g yellow pepepr
- 1 g dried thyme
- 80 g low-fat curd
- 10 g Sunflower seeds, dried
- 2 g Sea salt
- 25 g clarified butter
Method of cooking:
- Add 90 grams of washed yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into smaller pieces. Chop for 8 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
